Residential Loan Processor for Secondary Market Loans

Description:
Responsible for service and processing of mortgage loan applications, working closely with loan originator and customer through interview to evaluate needs, explain options and provide assistance. Obtain all required documentation as applicable to the sale process; enter all information into underwriting system; ascertain that pricing deals and rate quotes are in accordance with compliance; prequalify and prepare closing estimates; follow loans from application to closing, following up on appraisal and underwriting conditions.

Requirements:
Only those individual’s that meet the following requirements will be considered for employment:

Minimum 3-5 years of current processing in retail loan originator environment with secondary market loan experience. Must have NMLS number; extensive experience in retail mortgage loan origination with thorough understanding of underwriting criteria in conventional and government residential programs; must have working knowledge of all Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac guidelines.

Branch Manager, Mount Dora Office

Description:
This position will be responsible for the day to day operations of the branch, maintenance and appearance, staffing and employee management and mentoring. In addition, incumbent will provide support in opening accounts, assist customers with service issues and build strong customer relationships; process loans and wire transfers; cross-sell Bank products, maintain and expand customer base; compile information for monthly reporting and auditing; maintain knowledge of Board established policies and procedures regarding BSA, AML, CIP and OFAC and comply with those established policies and procedures and all times; other duties as needed.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent, minimum of 5 years retail branch management experience with thorough knowledge of Bank products; must have strong customer service, sales, interpersonal and employee mentoring skills; professional demeanor, good listening and communication skills; organized and detail oriented; must have excellent Microsoft Excel and Word skills and professional business writing skills for customer correspondence.
